  ISAAC Conference on Complex Analysis, Differential Equations and Related Topics  

The conference will be helt from September 17-22, 2002 in Yerevan, Armenia.It is dedicated to the memory of the founder and first director of theInstitute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of Armenia, Professor Artashes Shaginian (1906-1978).Organizers are the Russian Academy of Sciences (Armenian Branch) and ISAAC.The organizing committee consists of experts from some local institutions, among them the Institutes of Mathematics and of Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of Armenia, the Yerevan State University, the Armenian MathematicalSociety, the Unesco Centre in Life Sciences in Yerevan, the Free University Berlin, the Universities of Bukarest, of Helsinki, of Joensuu, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the Moscow State University. The conference will be organizued in the following sections:

1. Analytic functions of one and several variables, 2. Complex differential equations, 3. Analytic and geometric methods in partial differential equations,4. Generalized analytic functions and elliptic systems of equations, 5. Quasiconformal and quasiregular mappings, 6. Potential theory.
